Movie Review-This Means War

What happens when you have two spies turning against one another for a woman?
A comedy, of course.
And This Means War is definitely one hell of a comedy you wouldn't want to miss.
Star Trek star Chris Pine and Inception hunk Tom Hardy play two CIA agents who wage war against each other after discovering that they are dating the same woman, Lauren, played by the adorable Reese Witherspoon.

The movie is on par with other espionage comedies such as Johnny English and Get Smart, only without those fanciful guns and cars, and definitely not as exciting as the James Bond franchise. The lack of supercars and electric guns, however, doesn't dampen the conviviality of the film. There are enough fist-engaging scenes between the two spies, although the main antagonist in the movie doesn't play a critical role in the development of the story.

Applying their espionage prowess to try to annihilate each other's plan, the story gradually develops into, well, a comical dilemma for the lady. It's packed with tonnes of funny quotes(as well as heart warming ones), and a plethora of dirty jokes as well as internet slang--LMFAO, for example, and FTFO. Figure that out yourself.

And to quote from one of the characters in the movie, don't choose the better guy, choose the guy that's gonna make you a better girl.
So true. They should really release the film on Valentine's Day.
