大摇问题多多。。

有时候呢,人看不到未来就是一个问题。
有时候呢,人太有自信也是一个问题。
有时候呢,人太没自信也成为一个问题。

看不到未来,就不知道前面的墙壁有多硬。自信的往前冲,撞破了头,流了血,狼狈的时候才知道做什么事之前要问问senior 的意见~才知道原来以前senior 也有想过同样的东西,而且行不通。

或许有时候人家针对你,是人家不了解你,不明白你,看扁你,鄙视你。

但是,当所有人都针对你时,就代表问题是出于你。
这就是所以我们人群中有些是神经病~因为他们的言行举止都异于常人。

昨晚大摇的 family meeting 听说有很多问题。
我不在现场,所以只能单听一面之词。老鸟们说小鸟们太过自信,一副唯我独尊的样,完完全全听不进老鸟们的劝告,还说老鸟们看不起小鸟,要阻止小鸟们飞翔~woohoo!有志气!

这些小鸟们听说完全不明白摇篮手的观念,也不懂大摇的观念。他们以为筹钱容易?你们筹过钱没有?你们办过活动没有?你们认为大摇彩排要多久?懂不懂什么是 sound check?知不知道sound check 的重要性?知不知道音响的重要性?知不知道租音响有多贵?如果音响不好,你们以为能够做到像游子吟浆好?

你们知不知道有些event请到知名音乐家,音乐家听了音响有问题立刻取消演出。我相信我们之间也有浆篮席的人,所以我劝你们不要把我们逼得太紧。也不要以为我们死都要上台表演。给我烂的音响,我宁愿退出然后坐在观众席的看你怎么死。

为什么要浆篮席?

让我告诉你,音响不好,我们制作组所筹备的一切就泡汤了。
你们一句“没有钱”,歌手的声音再动听也没用。
你们一句“没有钱”,我们表演的再卖力也好也是无济于事。
你们一句“没有钱”,整个大摇就完了。
就是因为音响。

还有,你们搞三搞四,弄什么 fashion show 的。。
这是一个音乐创作演绎会,不是一个没有 identity 的一个活动,然后要搞 fashion show 来吸引观众。如果你们认为多元化的演出能吸引更多观众,我不这么认为。我们摇篮手不需要其他额外的东西,我们专门搞音乐就够了。如果要搞其他,你可以参加其他活动比如佛学会,PKV 之类的。你可以搞fashion show 加音乐会 再加个辩论会。可能会吸引很多观众哦~

你们懂不懂大摇的全名,其含义,其历史,其重要性?你们说改就改,完全把senior之前所建立的基础给毁了。
Senior 当时办摇篮手是要搞音乐罢了,他们从没想过要 incorporate 任何 fashion show 之类的东东。他们也希望junior 们可以好好的将大摇 family meeting 搞好。所以他们就将所有资料写下,传了一代又一代。。

你们所想的东西,他们也曾经想过。你们不要以为你们西贝聪明浆,能说到天上有地下无的。毕竟以前的马大水准比现在来的好,以为你们聪明过人?一山还有一山高。。。别太自大。
而且 senior 们能在一个手机和电脑都不旺盛的年代将摇篮手搞好,那他们岂不是变超人?

大学时代参加活动都是为了学习新的东西,累积不同的经验。千万不要以为自己懂得很多、能力很强,觉得别人不如你而看不起别人,听不进别人的意见。切记,智者千虑,必有一失;愚者千虑,必有一得。再者,自满与自大就是阻挡你继续成长、不断学习的最大障碍,不管给你意见的人是有经验的还是没有经验的,都应该把对方的话听进去 -- 只有把杯子弄空了才能盛水......

你们该感到庆幸,今年还有三个老鸟对你们不离不弃,还有很多中鸟。。家有一老如有一宝。

  1. wat u heard from them is rite. i was there too. that was the 1st time ever in my life seeing dayao family meeting with the least number of members present. everything was messed up. when we tried to give opinion, they said "instead of us complaining, why don't we go help the juniors?" when we voiced out the problem, our intention was to help ma.. but haiz.. i was saddened by the situation and the people.. almost break down after i went home.. really dunno wat can we do...

  2. Hmm.. I feel it's quite late to realize the whole situation now, senior updates quite late, anyway not senior or junior fault, this is Dayao bad culture, but starting now u have to change it. Form a better system, in documentary or aural form.

    About the opinion, what I learn was try to differentiate between facts & opinion on facts. When the juniors know the fact, how senior was failed to get sufficient sponsorship, & have to go donation drive to get sufficient money. More clear they understand the fact & figures, I think they will sense what makes them really confident to get sponsorship & makes them better than the past.

    Those who are new to Dayao are definitely don't understand the objectives well. Some even join Dayao with different purpose with Dayao objectives as well. But in fact the objectives aren't beautiful sentences, there are very important meaning inside them. Understand the meaning is very important before they start to work. The maturity of the club always depend the way they follow the objectives. But now we really lack of admin, if some1 find out Dayao isn't the thing they want, they may even quit, & we will get more troubled. I think psycho is important in this part.

    Yes about ethics part, we have to understand what & why ethics are important, AND why people tend not to follow the ethics in their human nature. You gotta face these new face who don't really understand the whole situation, so it definitely need sometime for everyone to listen to each other. So I think patient is the key point in this part.

    Now, stop talking how we feel about them. Patient, tell them the facts over again. Because, this is the worst Dayao I've ever seen, & it definitely need tremendous effort to find enough money. & I think it need some miracles to get enough new Dayao members to carry on next generation.

    能/想要创新是件好事,值得赞扬。。
    前提是别拐离原来的宗旨。确保原来的灵魂还在。

    就象cake和icing的装饰..没有cake,再多的icing也徒然
    打好原来的基础才来搞创意。

    PS:哦不是鸟,说错了别插太大力。面子书轻轻poke下就好

I was there during that night, and compared to all the meeting I attended before, that night was the lame-est meeting ever... unorganised, weird, committee syok sendiri, and evrythings...honestly, I cnt do anythings and voice out anythings, cz Im not in their team, Im jz an observer from the mother society-UM CLS. I hope they can see how do seniors think and don't react selfishly
